This Bob Book is a visual diary that I created for my end of term uni brief. It chronicles the growing pains of a first year graphic design student. I was finding it really hard to balance my time between work and uni, and felt split in two most of the time. I wanted the diary to reflect my worries, but also be a bit fun and quirky. I also wanted to include a lot of the artwork I created for uni briefs over the course of the year, as a visual reminder to myself of the progress I've made this year. I chose Bob Books because of the great gallery of other creative books. I also really liked that Bob Books offered a lie flat version of the hardback photobook, because I hate having to force a book open and damaging the spine. I wanted flicking through my visual diary to be a pleasant experience, and I can definitely say that it is. I love the colours and the paper quality is awesome. Second to none.
